YKONE is an influencer marketing agency founded in Paris in 2008 by Olivier Billon, specializing in luxury, fashion, beauty and lifestyle. In January 2026, it merged with Mirror Mirror to form ONE Group, an integrated platform valued at 150 million euros. ONE Group employs 450 people across 24 offices in 14 markets, with 5 integrated capabilities: influence strategy, talent representation (BOLD), proprietary technology (Campaygn), in-house production (Oddly), and creative production. 35,000 campaigns delivered since 2010, 115,000 contracted creators in 2025. Clients: Chanel, Hermès, Kering, Prada, LVMH groups.

In 2026, YKONE is no longer just an influence agency: it is the core of an integrated group that brings together influence strategy, production, talent management and technology under one roof. The merger with Mirror Mirror in January 2026 to form ONE Group changed the scale of the player. But beyond the structure, YKONE remains what it has always been since 2008: the European reference in luxury and fashion influencer marketing.

History and positioning

From pioneering agency to integrated group

YKONE was founded in Paris in 2008 by Olivier Billon, at a time when the very concept of "influencer marketing" did not yet exist under that name. Its first two clients were Dior and Chanel, for whom the agency set up collaborations with fashion bloggers when the creator ecosystem was still in its infancy: Garance Doré, Kristina Bazan and Chiara Ferragni were among the first creators activated.

This head start allowed YKONE to build deep relationships with world reference creators before rates surged and competition between agencies intensified.

In 2013, YKONE launched Campaygn, its proprietary influencer audience analysis platform, capable of analyzing in real time the universes of more than 50,000 creators. In 2018, TF1 bought the majority of the capital via Unify (Au Féminin). In 2024, the Saudi fund Future Technology Retail took 70% of the capital, enabling an acceleration toward the Middle East.

In January 2026, the merger with Mirror Mirror to form ONE Group marked a major turning point: YKONE is no longer just an agency, it is an integrated ecosystem combining 5 disciplines under one roof.

ONE Group: a 150 million euro integrated platform

ONE Group, born from the YKONE plus Mirror Mirror merger in January 2026, integrates 5 complementary capabilities:

Influence strategy (YKONE): the historic agency, specialized in campaigns for luxury and fashion brands.

Talent representation (BOLD): management of creators and influential personalities, on the talent management side.

Proprietary technology (Campaygn): influencer campaign management platform with access to a database of 44 million creator profiles in 120 countries.

In-house production (Oddly): production studio for social media content, photos and videos adapted to the codes of each platform.

Creative production: design of creative campaigns and editorials for brands, from brief to delivery.

This vertical integration is what distinguishes ONE Group from nearly all agencies on the market, which outsource some of these capabilities to external partners.

What sets YKONE apart from the competition

Luxury expertise, built over 18 years

Agencies entering the luxury segment face a major obstacle: fashion houses and jewelers only trust partners who understand their aesthetic codes, positioning constraints and long-term values. YKONE built this trust over 18 years of continuous collaborations with the biggest houses.

Its current clients, Chanel, Hermès, Kering, Prada, the LVMH groups, BMW Group, invest between 300,000 and 5 million euros per year in influencer marketing through the agency. This level of budget implies a strategic partnership relationship, not simple execution.

Campaygn: technology at the service of data

Campaygn is YKONE's proprietary platform enabling end-to-end management of influencer campaigns. It covers: creator discovery (with access to 44 million profiles), audience verification (anti-fraud), brief and approval management, real-time publication tracking and performance measurement.

This proprietary technology infrastructure is one of the few hard-to-replicate assets in the sector. It took more than 10 years and continuous investment to build.

Five consecutive Agency of the Year distinctions

YKONE won the Agency of the Year distinction in influencer marketing at Les Agences de l'Année in 2021, 2023, 2024 and 2025. This consistency in the sector rankings is a strong signal of performance recognized by independent juries.

In 2025, the Financial Times ranked it 68th in its "Europe's Long-Term Growth Champions", recognizing its sustained growth over several years in an otherwise highly volatile sector.

An integrated production studio in Paris

The Paris office is YKONE's global headquarters and the heart of its creative studio. Teams there produce photo and video content specifically designed for luxury standards, with visual quality that respects the demanding aesthetic codes of fashion houses.

This studio allows YKONE to control the entire value chain: from creator casting to delivery of final content, including styling, behind-the-scenes production and adaptation to each platform's formats.

Strengths and limitations

What stands out

Track record and longevity. 18 years of existence, 35,000 campaigns delivered, trust relationships built over time with the world's biggest houses.

Proprietary technology. Campaygn is one of the most advanced platforms on the market for managing luxury influencer campaigns.

Global presence. 24 offices in 14 markets, with native local teams in each territory covered.

Integrated group. ONE Group's 5 capabilities (strategy, talent, tech, production, creative) under one roof eliminate the usual friction between subcontractors.

What deserves attention

Very premium luxury-oriented positioning. YKONE is the best option for luxury and premium fashion brands. For mass-market, e-commerce brands or budgets below 15,000 euros per campaign, other players in the panel are better suited.

Post-merger integration to confirm. The merger with Mirror Mirror to form ONE Group is recent (January 2026). Operational cohesion between the 5 entities and service quality during the integration period will need to be verified in the coming months.

Impact of the ownership change. The buyout by the Saudi fund Future Technology Retail in 2024 enabled the acceleration toward the Middle East. The consequences on the agency's governance and strategic priorities should be monitored over the long term.

YKONE is a good fit if...

  • Your brand is in luxury, fashion, beauty or premium lifestyle.
  • Your influence budgets exceed 15,000 euros per campaign.
  • You are looking for a partner able to manage campaigns in 5 or more countries simultaneously.
  • You value creative quality and cultural expertise over the quantity of creators activated.
  • You need a technology platform to manage your campaigns internally.

YKONE is not the right choice if...

  • Your budget is below 15,000 euros per campaign.
  • You target mass-market audiences with a volume-of-creators logic.
  • You are looking for an agency specialized in TikTok for young targets with a "viral" approach poorly suited to luxury codes.
